Through their careers, the members of Prelia Environnement have developed recognized expertise in environmental law, compliance, and corporate social responsibility. Given the stakes, Prelia Environnement can, if needed, offer an interprofessional and multidisciplinary approach, involving, in particular, engineering consultancies and any other relevant actors, to ensure a structured and meaningful operational response.

The Prelia Environnement team supports both private and public sector actors at all stages of projects and activities, both in advisory and litigation capacities, notably in the following areas:

• Environmental law: industries, classified facilities, waste, warehouses, contaminated soils, biodiversity, circular economy, mining, quarries, renewable energy…

• Health, safety, and hygiene law: REACH, PFAS, biocides…

• Compliance and ESG law: duty of vigilance, CSRD, MACF, deforestation, EURD, responsible procurement…

Furthermore, as sustainability auditors listed by the High Authority for Audit, the partners of Prelia Environnement:

• Conduct verification missions of sustainability reports or reports of purpose-driven companies; or

• Support companies in drafting their CSRD sustainability report, their SME sustainability report (VSME), obtaining the Responsible Supplier Relations label, adopting a corporate purpose, and transitioning to a purpose-driven company.
