Samanta Librio is the Managing Partner of Prelia Milano. She practices commercial and corporate law, assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions such as acquisitions, investments, mergers, spin-offs, contributions in kind, reorganisations, restructurings and joint ventures. She also provides ongoing legal assistance and advice to Italian and multinational groups active in the oil and gas, heavy industry, energy, real estate, publishing and telecommunications sectors. Her practice also includes litigation and international arbitration. Samanta has developed extensive expertise in property and property finance and regularly assists property investment funds, fund management companies, investors and property asset management companies. Samanta Librio is a member of the board of directors of Italian listed companies and a non-profit foundation. She works in Italian and English.
