Robert Verbuck is a senior partner with the global law firm Prelia LLP, specializing in corporate and securities law, with a focus on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. With 25 years of professional experience, Robert has advised numerous start-ups and emerging companies across a range of industries. He also serves as a trustee, director, corporate secretary, and counsel to select private and public enterprises that he is passionate about in the real estate, investment fund, energy, and agriculture sectors. Mr. Verbuck holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University (1993) and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Toronto (1998).  He is a member of the Law Societies of Alberta and Ontario.
