Reiner founded the firm in 1986. He specializes in international business law, insolvency law, security rights law and inheritance law.
Through his close collaboration with prominent credit insurers in Germany, France, and China, he has built a prestigious international clientele. Reiner is regularly involved in creditors’ committees and has extensive experience in managing supplier pools.
He also serves as legal advisor to the French General Consulate in Stuttgart and supports clients in all French-German matters, particularly in French-German contract and inheritance law. Additionally, Reiner assists clients in national and international arbitration proceedings.
