Pedro Leiva Olivares

Lawyer of the Venture Capital and Startups area, with more than 10 years of experience, he specializes in advising on intellectual property asset management for companies, startups and universities. He especially focuses on the organization of technology-based companies, designing the financing structure, intellectual property policy and advising the boards of various startups in the fields of e-sports, cleantech, fintech, edtech and traveltech. He is also co-creator of the course Startup Law: Innovation and Law at the Diego Portales University and participates as a mentor of the GT Network (Chilean Network of Technology Managers) and Media Factory (FDM).
