Nikoletta practices Labour and Employment Law, an area of law that is well aligned with her professional background in Human Resource Management. Her practice focuses on drafting, conducting legal research and appearing in court. She completed her articling at a national business law firm after graduating from Université de Montréal. Prior to her legal studies, Nikoletta worked within the HR department of an international renovation company. Working in a high-paced HR environment is what sparked her interest in pursuing a career in law as she became curious to learn about the legislation that governed employment standards, human rights issues and labour relations in Québec.
