Melanie Ruiz-Pardo brings in-depth expertise in real estate and construction law, business and competition law, banking and financing, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Thanks to her international experience, she plays a key role in helping her clients meet the complex challenges of cross-border transactions, particularly those involving the Indian Ocean region and Europe. She also contributes to the development of new markets and provides strategic support for large-scale projects. Mélanie is actively involved in several organizations, including CREWM (Montreal) and Network (International), which support women in commercial real estate, as well as the development committee of the Association des femmes en finance du Québec.
