Marylou Tremblay is a lawyer in our Québec office, where she practices corporate and commercial law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations and restructurings. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, she developed an early understanding of the realities of the business world. Driven by a desire to help businesses grow and achieve their objectives, she has developed a multidisciplinary approach that she applies in her practice, primarily assisting SMEs with their daily operations and legal challenges.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Université de Sherbrooke, completed intensively and simultaneously. During her studies, she gained a range of enriching experiences, including co-op placements in law, a digital marketing internship with a large company, and serving as a teaching assistant for the course Becoming a Lawyer.
Her particular talent for legal writing was recognized early in her academic career when she received the Yvon Blais Publishing Excellence Award in First-Year Legal Writing.
Marylou combines legal expertise with a strategic understanding of organizational and commercial issues, alongside strong analytical skills grounded in the practical realities of business. She provides tailored support to meet the diverse needs of a growing clientele.
