Giulia Gualdoni is a lawyer in Prelia's Milan office, where her practice spans corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, litigation, and mergers and acquisitions. Her approach is proactive, collaborative, and tailored to each client's specific needs, guided by honesty and fairness.

She advises on senior executive terminations, employment contract negotiations, bonus and long-term incentive arrangements, and settlement agreements. In M&A transactions, she conducts employment due diligence, identifying legal and compliance risks while providing actionable recommendations. For companies of varying sizes, she drafts employment contracts, disciplinary notices, and secondment agreements, while supporting management in resolving employment disputes. Napolitano," recognizing her academic excellence in labour law.
