Giulia Gualdoni

Registered with the Novara Bar, Giulia Gualdoni is a lawyer in Prelia’s Milan office, where she focuses on corporate and commercial law, employment and labour law, litigation, and M&A transactions. She advises clients on senior executive terminations, employment contracts, incentive schemes, and settlement agreements, as well as supporting companies in employment disputes and day-to-day HR matters.

Giulia is also involved in M&A transactions, carrying out employment due diligence and identifying legal and compliance risks. She combines solid litigation experience with a practical, business-oriented approach, delivering tailored and strategic solutions aligned with clients’ objectives.

She graduated in Law from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan in 2016 and has been a member of the Novara Bar since 2018. In 2017, she received the Graduation Award in honour of Prof. Mario Napoli for her academic excellence in labour law.
