Georges Samoisette Fournier

Georges Samoisette Fournier assists employers in the interpretation of collective agreements, with labour relations, with the application of labour standards and represents them in various employment-related disputes. As such, he also acts on behalf of employers in matters of criminal offences under the Act Respecting Occupational Health and Safety and in grievance adjudication. 

His practice includes acting on behalf of employers both before all levels of court as well as before various administrative tribunals. 

Georges holds an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (CRHA). He provides advice to companies under federal and provincial jurisdiction in both individual and collective labour relations.
