Eloi Desjardins

Éloi Desjardins is a lawyer who practices primarily in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance in the Corporate Law Group at our Québec City office.

He assists his clients in a transactional context, supporting them in corporate reorganizations and completing various commercial agreements.

He has participated in several significant transactions in the computer services and high technology sectors and frequently advises companies in the video game industry.

Before joining Prelia, he completed his law studies at the University of Laval.
