She brings extensive experience executing both national and international transactions, including acting for the Canadian subsidiary of a U.S. publicly listed company for over a decade on its nationwide real estate acquisitions and development projects; advising a national franchisor in its series of acquisitions of restaurant and quick‑service brands across Canada; supporting the French subsidiary of a Japanese publicly listed company on complex cross‑border due diligence and strategic acquisition and integration work involving the United States; assisting clients in the purchase and sale of battery companies in Québec and Ontario; and guiding clients through financing structures involving the implementation of security, enforcement strategies, and debt recovery.
