Christina Muccari practices in the field of civil and commercial litigation. Her mandates lead her to assist her clients in the drafting and review of contracts, negotiating commercial transactions and conflict resolution. She has also acquired extensive pleading experience, having made legal representations before all common law and appeal courts in Quebec. Graduate from the University of Ottawa, she remains involved in several programs which, in collaboration with universities, serve to offer mentoring to young students, such as the McGill pre-law students’ society, the Programme d’enseignement clinique of the University of Ottawa and the Pro Bono Students of Canada group.
