Arielle Ramsey is a lawyer at the Montréal office, where she primarily practices in commercial and corporate law. Her work focuses in particular on mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate law. She also supports non-profit organizations and registered charities with their legal needs.
Arielle stands out for the excellence of her academic background, her global perspective, and her commitment to the legal community. She is a member of the Québec Bar and holds degrees from the University of Ottawa, where she earned both a civil law license and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a specialization in International Development and Globalization.
During her studies, she completed a university exchange at Korea University in South Korea, an experience that enriched her understanding of legal and international issues. She was also recognized for four consecutive years on the Dean ’s Honour List for academic excellence and received an admission scholarship highlighting the quality of her academic record.
Highly engaged during her university years, Arielle actively participated in several student and legal associations. She also played a key role in the Big Brother/Big Sister mentorship program, where she guided and supported civil law students. Additionally, she distinguished herself as a quarter-finalist in the Charles Rousseau International Public Law Moot Court Competition held in Brussels.
Before her admission to the Bar, Arielle gained diverse experience working in both litigation and the judiciary. As part of her professional training, she was also selected for the Bar’s experiential learning program, community component, where she contributed to the mission of Maison Le FAR in Trois-Rivières.

Me Arielle Ramsey has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2026, following the completion of her professional training at the École du Barreau, Montreal Centre. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.L.) and an Honours Bachelor of Social Sciences (B. Soc. Sc.) in International Development and Globalization, both completed jointly in 2024 at the University of Ottawa. As part of her academic journey, she also participated in a student exchange at Korea University in Seoul, South Korea.
