Arielle Ramsey

Arielle Ramsey is a lawyer at the Montréal office, where she primarily practices in commercial and corporate law. Her work focuses in particular on mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate law. She also supports non-profit organizations and registered charities with their legal needs.

Arielle stands out for the excellence of her academic background, her global perspective, and her commitment to the legal community. She is a member of the Québec Bar and holds degrees from the University of Ottawa, where she earned both a civil law license and a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a specialization in International Development and Globalization.

During her studies, she completed a university exchange at Korea University in South Korea, an experience that enriched her understanding of legal and international issues. She was also recognized for four consecutive years on the Dean’s Honour List for academic excellence and received an admission scholarship highlighting the quality of her academic record.

Additionally, she distinguished herself as a quarter-finalist in the Charles Rousseau International Public Law Moot Court Competition held in Brussels.

Before her admission to the Bar, Arielle gained diverse experience working in both litigation and the judiciary. As part of her professional training, she was also selected for the Bar’s experiential learning program, community component, where she contributed to the mission of Maison Le FAR in Trois-Rivières.
