Lawyer with over 30 years of professional experience, specializing in commercial and tax law related to companies, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations in general. His practice also includes areas such as infrastructure and concessions, real estate, and construction law. He has also been a professor of Mergers and Acquisitions in the Master's Degree in Business Law and Taxation at Universidad Mayor and of Corporate Governance in the Master's Degree in Business Law, Master's Degree in Finance, and in the GOVERN, BOW, and Legal Aspects of Family Businesses programs, all at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
