Alessandro Roda Bogetti

Alessandro, enrolled at Milan Bar Association, provides legal advice and assistance in corporate and business law to foreign companies in Italy and to Italian companies in China where he has resided and worked for over 7 years.

He specializes in international law, M&A and PRC investment law as set up, joint ventures, restructuring and acquisitions within the Chinese market where he accompanies manufacturing enterprises of different sectors in the development of their investment projects. Working for long period in Asia he has gained cross cultural negotiation skills that are utilized particularly in dispute resolutions and contracts negotiations.

Alessandro has also extensive experience in intellectual property law and he assists clients in IP strategy prevention, registrations, licensing agreements and relative litigation.

He is currently an arbitrator at the Panel of the Shanghai International Arbitrator Center (SHIAC).
