Prelia is seeking a lawyer to join its Corporate and Commercial Law Group in Ottawa.
This position is ideal for an early-career lawyer who wishes to develop a transactional and advisory practice in an environment where legal, commercial, financial, and operational considerations are closely interconnected. The successful candidate will work on a broad range of matters involving corporate law, commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, corporate governance, commercial contracts, as well as select files relating to wills, estate planning, and estate administration.
