Xiao Wen Zhang

Xiao Wen’s practice focuses primarily on transactional law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and commercial and real estate law. 

Outside of work , Xiao is involved in the Montreal Chinese community as a member of the legal committee of the Young Chinese Professional Association (YCPA). She is also a mentor for commerce students from Marianopolis College.

While at university, Xiao completed a clerkship with a judge of the Court of Québec. She also worked on many cases for the Mile End Legal Clinic. She eventually developed an interest in business law through her internships at a local law firm and a legal start-up company.
