Thomas Kingsley

Thomas Kingsley is a lawyer in our Business Law team, where he focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions as well as commercial law. He joined Prelia in 2024.

During his law studies at the Université de Sherbrooke, Thomas completed several internships in private practice and received Dean’s Awards for academic excellence. His academic and professional background has enabled him to develop an integrated approach that combines legal rigor with a strong understanding of business considerations. He advises companies proactively, helping them make informed decisions and create value at every stage of their growth.
