Of Counsel in our Ottawa office, Christian R. Bidal advises clients across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters. He guides clients through key transitions, regularly advising on acquisitions, cross‑border transactions, corporate governance matters, regulatory compliance, and workforce challenges.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law and was subsequently called to the Ontario Bar. A proud Acadian and Northern Ontarian, Christian practices in both English and French, serving clients with agility in Canada’s two official languages.
