As a member of our Ottawa Litigation Group, you will work closely with a small collaborative team of lawyers on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes. You will have the opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility over litigation matters, appear before courts and tribunals, develop client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities
Manage a diverse litigation practice, including general civil litigation, corporate and commercial disputes, estate litigation, mortgage enforcement, solvency matters, construction claims and shareholder disputes.
Oversee files from initial client consultation through to resolution, whether by settlement or trial.
Conduct thorough legal research, file reviews, and legal analysis, and prepare clear, well‑reasoned written opinions.
